First Avenue has agreed to voluntarily recognize our Union! This is a testament to the love we have for each other. There’s much more work to do, but our unity will help us make our workplaces better for years to come. We look forward to beginning discussions with First Avenue.

I stand with the workers of First Avenue as they organize a seat at the table. The Twin Cities' iconic music venues were built by your hard work. They deserve a voice through union recognition. When we uplift workers, our communities thrive.

Workers at Minneapolis’ iconic First Avenue clubs are demanding a seat at the table so we can make better workplaces for decades of music to come. We call on the company to recognize our Union!
