@NHSEngland Except it goes through patients know best and not in the actual app. My doctors don’t know what the hospital has been doing with me and vice versa

@AvantiWestCoast due on the 17:54 to Euston but really stressed this may be cancelled. Is there any chance of using the advance single on an earlier service?

@AvantiWestCoast getting nervous about my train this afternoon - I have to get back to London on time is there any flexibility with advance singles today?

Hey @SpotifyUK what’s happening with Discover Weekly? Mines all male country singers which is not my usual style 😂

@thetrainline It’s as soon as I open the app, the Home Screen flashes up for a few seconds and then turns to this screen. I was not able to access my tickets last night but luckily the station gates were open. Seems fine this morning however

Please @StarbucksUK what the heck have you done to PSL? Why is there huge orange oil blobs floating in my coffee? When I stir there are even more hiding just under the top

@UKEnterprise is there anyone I can actually speak to regarding an incorrect fine you have issued me? Every time I reply to your email it’s another 2 day reply time but I would like this to be over with as you’ve already taken our money.

@British_Airways It’s a joke. Took a day to get a reply and then called 4 times for them to just hang up and say they’re busy.

@British_Airways you have taken 3 UNAUTHORISED payments from my account - will not help via messages and your phone line just hangs up because they’re too busy?? This is a joke. I can’t keep worrying that you’ll just take more money

@British_Airways would appreciate if you can answer my messages regarding taking unauthorised payments from my bank. I have been waiting since yesterday evening and would like to know you are not going to take more of my money

@HefLewis @British_Airways Oohhh they seem to have a habit of that! 3 unauthorised payments taken from my account in 1 day. Now worried they’ll just keep helping themselves

@British_Airways would really like to know why you’ve been taking unauthorised payments from my bank?

One of my Glastonbury highlights - exploring the Green Fields when I caught @idriselba doing a secret talk about renewable energy in West Africa with the CEO of Octopus @g__j. I love these @secretglasto moments!
