LOT 💛 @LDNLOT

@Iberia I've tried your online forms several times with no luck. How do I email you directly? You owe me compensation for bumping me down from business to economy on an overbooked flight. I need to speak to an actual person or complaints team on email. Very annoying.

How do we claim back taxi costs after last night's nightmare journey back from London Waterloo? @SW_Help

@SW_Help Ok, so please tell me how I'm getting back from Basingstoke to Salisbury. The trains are hourly and the last 2 are saying delayed (not running)

22:07 Basingstoke to Salisbury is showing as delayed. Taxi service open between stations? @SW_Help

@SW_Help So what on earth do you suggest to everyone else? Can I claim a taxi from Wokingham??

You keep saying you are in the process of arranging transport. It's now been over an hour. Can we get taxis? You have hundreds of people stranded on several trains @SW_Help

@SW_Help I'm sure they just announced there is train from Waterloo to Reading. What time/platform is this? I can't see anything on trainline for this.

@SW_Help I'm sorry. How am I supposed to get to Woking? The train at Waterloo is not moving! What replacement are you arranging? Taxi orrr?

@SW_Help I am at Waterloo. My phone is now dead. I have limited battery on my laptop. I need to get back to Basingstoke - I cannot get up to Paddington. Where from Waterloo is running. I need to know my best route back. This is crazy. A train full of people with zero annoucnement

@SW_Help I can't get to Paddington now!! I have 3% battery on my phone. The only thing I can do is get a taxi

@SW_Help Ok. So what can I do. My battery is about to go. Can I go via Reading? Can I expense a taxi? What are you going to do to sort this situation as I have a matter of minutes before my ticket and route home is non existant

My 9:16 from Basingstoke to Waterloo is delayed for half an hour. I need to be in London for an important meeting. Can I jump on the 08:59 with my ticket due to the delay? This is a pre purchased ticket. @SW_Help

Trying to put a complaint in but your site isn't working. App is also buggy. Please provide an email address. @vrbo

Signed up to your newsletter and surprise surprise, no discount code has arrived @newbalance

@SW_Help there is another amber warning for extreme heat this week. Are you still running trains on the Basingstoke to London Waterloo train with no AC?

@Deliveroo Did you even read my message? My issue is with the team managing the help function in your app. They confirmed the driver will not deliver the missing order yet won't refund me

@Deliveroo You only deliver half of my £70+ grocery order. When I ask your chat function to call the driver and ask that he delivers it, they say "sorry, we will not be refunding this". I call up, they also say they can't do anything on the phone.

Please let me know how I escalate and put a formal complaint in. Looks like the only way I'm getting my money back from you thieves is through a charge back via my bank.
