@loveholidays After 5 yrs & £22k family spend, you refunded just £118.51 to remove 1 person. Now demanding £914.80 to add my aunt back. Hotel confirmed £0 extra in writing. Flights only need a name change. This is price gouging. Escalating to Hunt ADR. Never booking again.

@loveholidays I've been trying to rectify an issue with you customer service for over a month. I've called four times and emailed three times. This is totally unacceptable. Can you please get in touch so we can get it sorted out.

@loveholidays @KLM @Tripadvisor Well here are two companies I will never use again. We went to Amsterdam and were caught out in the snow. KLM are a disgrace and told us to pay to get home and hid away. Love Holidays sent a fraction back and closed the case. #UtterDisgrace

Has anyone had a bad experience with @loveholidays cause I’ve had one with me and friends where we booked a holiday last year for Doha and we had to pay for a room due to them cancelling and once we called them they then sorted it out for us to get a refund it took 2months

@loveholidays my sis is stuck in Paris after booking a hotel on your app for her 10 year anniversary with a central Paris address and images. You’ve then booked the wrong hotel for her and booked a hotel with the same name 2 hours outside of Paris and claiming you made no error.
