@Romy_Holland This is one of my bug bears! Why do ladies take sooo long to use the toilet…?! It truly baffles me!

@TUIUK you’d have thought that TUI arranging transport from a cruise to a hotel stay would know the time that the hotel allows check in! We were picked up from the port & brought to the hotel where we were told that we have to wait for 3 & a half hours until check in! Ridiculous!

@loveholidays … also, is it possible to get a refund on our return transfer as I do not feel confident getting it an waiting around for it. I’d rather get a taxi. Won’t ever do a transfer with your company again.

@loveholidays Hello, we have landed in Rome and are waiting for our transfer to our hotel. We have tried to make contact with the transfer company but have not been successful. What do we do…?

@loveholidays Thank you, but we were eventually picked up after 90 mins after getting someone at a help desk to ring the company. We were then dropped off a 15 minute walk away from our hotel. Considering we haven’t been to Rome before and we had suitcases and bags, we weren’t impressed…

@EurostarUK Hi 👋🏻 I am trying to book a trip on the Eurostar website and when I have pressed “buy now” after entering all my details, the page crashes. I’ve tried three separate times now. Is there an issue with your website currently…?

@MilliesCookies Ordered this online & it has what looks like baking paper in it. I have contacted customer service via the site and have been offered an evoucher for a selection of cookies in store. Is this the best you can do when half the cookie had to be thrown away?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I have a new iPhone with you and I transferred everything over to from my previous iPhone, however my network is still showing EE. I have ported my number over to sky and I have received an email to say that this is now my sky number. Do I have to re add an eSIM?

@RitchieNeville It’s the travel law to have a drink whatever time you get to the airport! 🥂 I had a flight at 7am once and had a drink at 4am 😂 I don’t care what the time is, I’ll be sticking to this law I believe in!

@TUIUK Hi 👋🏻 I want to book some experiences for an upcoming holiday. Is the hotel and pick up place different things…? I am staying at the villas listed under hotel, however it comes up with a different pick up place… can you advise please?
