@stevesi is exactly right: most people can't flowchart their own job. Don't ask them to. The business logic is in the work itself: resolved tickets, decisions, conversations. The learning loop Satya talks about is a big part of what the industry is using FDEs for. That’s why everyone has them now (and none of them do the full Palantir version of the job). The experts in the company need to teach the FDEs how a process is done and the FDEs create the right inputs for the agents. You don't have a true learning loop, you have a new middle man human dependency. That’s why at Edra, we built a new architecture to automate the AI/human employee learning loop.
Going from 1 million tickets -> executable skills is not about storing everything that has ever happened, it's about intelligently synthesizing useful information. Enterprise context is the new source code. The instructions you give your agents about how your business actually runs are your IP. That's why you need to own that context in a white box system you can read, modify, and govern. Not black box models or proprietary vendor configurations.

🤯Because of Excel, a THIRD of all genetics papers published in top journals have errors, as many genes have names like SEPT2 (the official name of Septin 2), which Excel automatically makes dates. The issue was found in 2016, but still hasn’t improved! journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/a…
