@UPS I’ve been on the phone with six different reps trying to track down my wedding dress and no one can help. You must be able to do better than this!
@FedExHelp I keep having issues with you losing my packages. The latest is a missing box containing half of a brand new rowing machine! This is so frustrating and I am spending entirely too much time on the phone with your customer service people for zero answers!!!
@Delta Just got a call from my mother who was a passenger on DL1965. Apparently the plane lost cabin pressure and the masks on her row never deployed. After the flight landed, she complained and staff told her they would “write it up.” I hope you’re looking into this!
