Here’s a daily habit to work on! 💦💦Water intake. How much water should I drink? 1/2 your body weight in ounces plus 15 oz per hour exercising/sweating. Drink up!

I believe there is an important mindset shift that needs to happen to see success in dieting/a lifestyle change Love yourself. Do it because you love yourself! NOT because you don’t like what you see in the mirror. Coming from a place of self hate won’t get you very far. LOVE ❤️

When a product is marketed as keto it doesn’t always mean it is “healthy” it also doesn’t mean that it will help you lose weight. A calorie deficit is THE ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Honestly. Honestly! Nutrition probably isn’t your main issue... There is a reason you over eat/ under eat. There’s a reason you’re holding your self back from your goals. What’s that reason?

Do you crave sweets when you experience stress?! Here’s why. Cortisol “the stress hormone” is released into our bodies when experiencing stress. Glycogen “what comes from eating carbohydrates/sugar” stops the release of cortisol to rebalance our hormones. Hence the cravings.

Over exercising without proper recovery (nutrition/rest/stress management) can cause fat retention and muscle loss. Too often we put all our eggs in the exercise basket! Let’s focus on balance 🥰
