A piece of advice to prospective English teachers. Please choose an accredited & universally accepted TESOL qualifications. There are a lot of courses online, which are not worth anything for most employers and don't prepare you for classroom teaching #TESOL #ESOL #Englishteacher

I would create a quiz (check kahoot, quizlet etc) and ask them to answer the question in small groups. Of course after all the prereading activities with the whole class.

What do you do in the first couple of weeks of your teaching? 1. The students and I create classroom rules together after long and careful discussion and consideration. And then we put the rules in a contract. They sign and date, I sign and date.
