I’ve never thought I’d get sad by looking at pictures and videos of my kids at a playground! 😔

@TK_HelpDesk Can you please help me understand this price breakdown when I try to do it online if there is no reissue fee and why I’m paying $400 in taxes if the ticket I’m trying to buy is only $200 more (with taxes) than I have currently? I’d do this on the phone if I can only reach!

@TK_HelpDesk Also, I’m asked to pay more than $600 if I try to change my ticket online even though the ticket difference is only $200. Why is the Zero Change Fee policy not working online?

@TK_HelpDesk I’ve been calling since Friday and got disconnected twice in the middle of the conversation. Emailed 5 times!! It is impossible to get connected or stay on the line to finalize the transaction. My flight is on the 26th and need to chance asap!

@TK_HelpDesk Did the promotion date to change tickets get extended? Because all your lines are busy or no answer, your email box is full and we can’t reach to make changes.

@TK_HelpDesk All morning I’ve been trying to call and email to change my ticket date by EOD today and all I get is busy signal and no answer. My email even bounced back because of full THY’s full inbox. What do we do to change our ticket date before the no cancelation fee period ends??

If you’re wondering whether it’s an overreaction to cancel large gatherings and public events (and I love basketball), here’s a useful primer as to why these measures can slow the spread of the virus and save lives. We have to look out for each other. vox.com/2020/3/10/2117…
