@AndrewCurran_ I completely agree. We should be squeezing every last drop of value out of this technology and everything it has to offer. If AI can deliver breakthroughs that change or save lives, we shouldn't let our inability to fully understand how it works hold us back

@0xTrackmind Did you even read it? This is a Stanford student project implementing Avellaneda–Stoikov (2008) and an existing microprice model. No “elite-level signal combination,” no empirical Kelly, no secret HFT playbook. Their microprice strategy didn't even make significant profits...

@hugues_va Super interesting. I saw a similar failure mode on Two Rooms: since training trajectories rarely started in corners, the World Model often got stuck when placed there. Another sign it still generalizes poorly beyond its training distribution
