This driver was on the #M57 and nearly caused a collision by swerving across the lanes to the central reservation, making contact with it, right infront of a #Police vehicle. We soon found the driver had been taking drugs and could hardly stand. #arrested @NWmwaypolice

Driver of this van was tailgating a vehicle on the A3, Burpham with their side lights & front fog lamps on. The vehicle they were tailgating was a #VanguardRST unmarked, so stopped & then found to have no insurance. Driver issued a TOR and FPN, as insured at roadside, not seized.

One more from last night. Provisional Licence Holder caught at 146mph on the M4. Initially arrested for something else, but that was resolved. He has been Charged to Court for Excess Speed and Driving Otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

Team A South - A5 - Hockliffe This vehicle was involved in a road rage incident on M25 using a hammer. Using intel systems we established the vehicle was a clone. We managed to intercept the vehicle and using tactics, get the vehicle stopped. 2 detained and weapon recovered.

"Yesterday I adopted the most old, sick and sore dog in the shelter. I will never forget his eyes, when I walked into the cage, he didn't even bother to look, as if he knew I wouldn't even see him. Curled up in the corner, he had accepted his fate. The volunteer told me many times... "But surely that? Sure?" YES! This is my dog. He opened his cage and 3 other dogs fell on me, I ran towards him, suddenly he looked at me as if he was seeing an angel...I hugged him and told him that now he will be happy again. Since then he has been sleeping in my arms... probably the first peaceful sleep he has ever done. Save a life. Give hugs. They need us." From a dad who saved a soul.
