Honestly people tend to try and do to much when first starting to get fit and healthy. Cut all the junk food, gym 5x a week, sleep perfect, take all the supplements, on and on. Try focusing on changing 1 thing for x weeks, measuring it's impact (quality of sleep, HRV, etc),…

"design engineering" becomes much more interesting when you expand beyond extra fancy frontend / graphics work and start picking up ML work or tangential engineering skills that aren't directly frontend related.
