When someone’s mean and then follows it up with “Can’t you take a joke?” it’s like they’re trying to flip the script and make you the problem. It’s not about being sensitive or not being able to take a joke—it’s about them crossing a line and then trying to gaslight you into thinking it was all just fun and games. People use humor as a cover for their nastiness, and when you call them out, suddenly you’re the one who “can’t handle it.” No, that’s not how it works. You’re allowed to feel upset when someone’s being openly mean, and you don’t need to second-guess your reaction just because they try to backtrack and call it a joke. There’s a big difference between actual jokes, where everyone’s laughing, and someone using humor as a weapon to put you down. It's not about having thin skin—it’s about recognizing when someone’s just being hurtful and trying to pass it off as something harmless. They’re the ones who need to take accountability, not you.

@KBTXRusty probably a stupid question, but have you ever considered making a @bluesky account? Your tweets are, like, the only reason I come to this hell site so I was curious XD

I’m so sorry to repost something from an account called “fight factory” and it’s certainly not to relish in the violence but to point out the obvious, that private security and police in schools just beat up students of color. American schools are prisons

The NRA is confused because he's unloading his shotgun safely and not into someone's face

Tim Walz previously claimed he kept a shotgun in his car so he could hunt pheasants after football practice. This is Tim Walz attempting to load his shotgun this past weekend.⁩

Men claim they would “get over” the trauma of childbirth, yet they can’t get over women simply recounting their experiences.

Every Trump supporter who is insisting that they’ll leave the United States if Trump isn’t re-elected should have to answer why they feel another country should accept an immigrant who fled for political purposes.

A woman will be like “my husband cheated on me” and men will be like “woah woah, there are two sides to every story!” Then a man will be like “my 8 week postpartum wife won’t even look at me” and men will be like “so sorry king she is a narcissist, it’s not like her mouth was broken!”
