@MissDaviesSC @bridgethelms Mine is in my neck from sitting at the computer all day. I've started going to a chiropractor to help me! My body isn't used to sitting at a computer all day. #escchat

A6: I think I would work on recording some counseling lessons as well as offering groups virtually. I've been doing individual but not group counseling. #escchat

@MissDaviesSC This is the website for the program. Our county bought it and we're one of the schools trying it out. Training is tomorrow but the resources in the box they sent look great! collaborativeclassroom.org/programs/carin… #escchat

A4: We're starting a program called Caring School Community that looks like it has some great lessons. I'm hopeful it will have resources to help address some things. #escchat

@CounselorWebb I 100% agree! I think planning some time for everyone to process and adjust will be important. I need it myself! #escchat

A2: Wow a lot to think about here! I think we need to brainstorm as a SS PLC on how to best support these students. Possibly planning some lessons and groups so we can be prepared. #escchat

A1: Knowing what we know now, I think we need to start thinking both long- and short-term in preparation for anything that could arise. Since we know remote learning now that is a good option as well as thinking about food, internet, etc. to help our families in need. #escchat
