@gmail @GoogleWorkspace @Google how do you communicate with a real human if you are locked out of an account and don't have access to recovery email or phone number. The hive mind on the non Google help centre has been locked

@O2 please try harder. 3 hours dealing with your "customer service" to charge me more than what was promised. 3 hours I can't work. Not good enough.

@StarbucksUK I bought a hot chocolate at Baker Street today - when I got home found I’ve paid extra for a cup (I brought my own) - and didn’t have the proper drink (salted pretzel as they’d run out of chocolate cream) - am I entitled to some money back?

@Meta what is the best way to get a helpful response from customer support - with no chatbot, a simple problem taking more than 3 months, broken promises & supposedly no one available to do #CustomerService calls - getting expensive in time, incredibly frustrated & disheartened
