I can't access FB Marketplace (probably for posting an outside link to our Google Forms pre-qualification in a our rental ads) but was surprised at the number of quality leads we get from Zillow for my small town, even though there's rarely anyone else advertising any rentals.

I always take it as a positive sign of progress in our community when I'm working on a project and hear kids happily playing outside nearby. Good homes in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood is what I strive to build. I think we're getting there!

Ethical question . . . You're driving down the road & see several rolls of insulation in the ditch. You know the guy that lost it may come looking for it, or it may be picked up by the next guy that notices it. What do you do? Pick it up for one of your projects, or leave it lay?
