In conversation, Kali Mukherjee talked about how the only way to make experiences clutter-breaking is to keep in mind that you're not marketing for a friend, you're marketing for a friend of a friend.
Panelist Nidhi Lall, Senior Vice President, Publicis Business Ex- Group M, emphasized that while the fundamentals of communication remain unchanged, the key difference lies in how companies approach their target audience, treating them as distinct business entities.
Panellist Gaurav Mehta, CMO-Noise, spoke about the importance of understanding how content at the start of the consumer journey differs from that at later stages, and how this helps in reducing overall marketing spends.
