When will corruption end in our police stations🚨...?

CANNABIS ISN'T JUST A PLANT, IT'S AN ASTRAL ANCHOR When someone smokes or consumes cannabis daily, especially relying on it just to get through the day, they aren't just mellowing out, they're shifting their subtle body into suspended animation. In sacred traditions, master plants were approached with deliberate protocol, discipline, and intentional ceremony. But habitual, chronic use isn't ceremony, it’s an energetic fog machine. Energetically, cannabis loosens the etheric body just enough to pull you out of the discomfort of the physical world, but not high enough to reach true spiritual clarity. It strands the consciousness in the mid-astral plane, the realm of imagination, unchecked loops, and heavy daydreams. The aura doesn't stay crisp and protective, it becomes fuzzy, spongy, and magnetically sticky. Now look at what actually happens to divine willpower... The solar plexus, the spiritual engine of discipline, sovereign execution, and physical manifestation, gets completely neutralized. It replaces the fire to take action with the comfortable illusion that you’ve already figured everything out. You get the temporary feeling of profound insight without any of the grounded labor needed to build it in physical reality. An in that sluggish, complacent haze, subtle astral parasites settle in. These aren't loud entities of rage like alcohol or violent static like ice; they are spiritual leeches of inertia and delay. They whisper that tomorrow is fine. They whisper that peace is just avoiding the friction of life. Decades can slip past inside that comfortable velvet fog. The house goes quiet, the creative spark dims down to an ember, and the people around you feel like they are trying to reach someone who is only halfway in the room. Children in those homes absorb an atmosphere of emotional unavailability, learning to drift rather than ground their own power. And this is the reality.. Cannabis can open an aperture, but when abused, it anchors your soul in the waiting room of your own potential. True peace isn't escaping the physical vessel, it’s anchoring your divine light directly into your feet and building your life with your own two hands. Clear out the fog, reclaim your vital fire, and step fully into the room. ✨🙌🏾💫

If it’s not your family, don’t accommodate anybody’s child without the consent of the parent for your own safety .

@stopplayinggggg You wanted to cuff her didn't you

This is me right now. Two years ago I was shot during the June 25 Gen Z protests. I've been living with a spinal cord injury since, and I self-catheterize because of neurogenic bladder. That led to recurring UTIs and sepsis. Today I successfully underwent surgery at Emory Hospital Nairobi to remove a bladder stone at my left vesico-ureteric junction (5x7mm). The fragments were removed. I'm recovering now with some pain and bleeding, which the doctors say is normal. @VOCALAfrica_ helped me get here, and I'm grateful. But I still need medication, physiotherapy and follow-up care. I still haven't received any government compensation. I'm sharing this because I need help for what comes next. Any support means everything. 🙏🏽 mchanga.africa/fundraiser/150… @Honeyfarsafi @DrBKhalwale @husskhalid @Dr_AustinOmondi

A Kenyan Gen Z innovator has built a fully functional incubator using locally available materials ile mitungi ya salad, blankenti and some heating element, he didn't stop there. He went on to hatch his own chicks with it. Ako na breed yake ya kuku. The innovation coming from these young people ni ingine mwejeje.

I said it the other day,If you took everyone from Eastlands today and took them to Karen,and everyone from karen to eastlands,the most probable outcome is that karen will become the new eastlands, and eastlands will significantly improve. Take this for example. Hizi zote ni jamaa za Thika road na kikuyu zimejaa hapa. The struggling lower middle class with seasonal Bourgeoisie appetite These people,and unfortunately I belong to the same class financially,they have appetite for ‘good things’ ,but dont have the capacity to sustain the order and conditions that ‘good things’ require to exist . Na ndio hawa mnaona wanafukuzwo huku Tigoni kwa kahawa,they want nice views,but people are having sex and throwing condoms ontop of tea leaves,beer cans are left on the road,Bisquit wrappers are left flying everywhere. Who is supposed to clean up? There is some level of mental clarity that those who are well off have,that us the walalahois completely lack. Walalahois are inconsiderate! Ndio ukitembea ata ghetto unapatanga jamaa anakumia kwa river huko juu,mwingine anaoshea sufuria huko chini. Surely? Tabia kama unajua hisi huwes ona kwa matajiri aki. Pale syokimau kwa my rich auntie nakumbuka kuna siku niliwacha maganda ya ndisi kwa meza karibu waniitie mpaka interpol bwana. I had to write an apology letter. Khabusie!

I never imagined I'd be the one asking for help. I've spent my life on the other side checking pulses, holding hands, telling patients "you'll be okay." Today, I'm the one who needs to hear that. This is Day One of appealing to my 30 Followers,online community and well-wishers to help me raise the Sh6 million needed for my kidney transplant. THREAD

@kel_vynne @johnmtongoi Hii itapita wengi

@NevondoRi @dklaston Tembea Kenya!

The one on tip toes is anxious, but he's not worried, because he can always lean on the one behind him. The one behind him, however, is not apt. He is already fallen and doesn't care taking the one infront with him. So the statue is a looping story.
