Pivotal arguments TODAY at Supreme Court, which could impact *hundreds* of Capitol attack criminal cases youtu.be/vTj-fRyjBVs
It is a financial issue, especially if they succeeded in there obstruction, we would not have Our Current @POTUS, enacting Infrastructure, student loan forgiveness, child tax credits, and other policies, that affect the financial stability of the Country. Also how much did it cost US to clean up the destruction, mess, and, legal costs to prosecute the #Insurrectionists?
@MacFarlaneNews Whether these insurrectionists obstructed an official congressional proceeding is plain for all to see. SCOTUS should use common sense & the letter of the obstruction statute & rule that it does apply to Jan. 6th insurrectionists. x.com/nooneunscripte…

@MacFarlaneNews The fact that the Supreme Court even took this case proves yet again, ….the Supreme Court is a joke
@MacFarlaneNews @BlackBag1 Those liars are in no way Supreme.
@MacFarlaneNews the right wing Supreme Court? Oh
@MacFarlaneNews So is Thomas going to miraculously appear??
@MacFarlaneNews Thankyou for calling it a "riot" because that is what it was. Vandalism, assaults, are unacceptable and are clearly understood crimes. Misdemeanor trespassing also. Most of these people who never committed a crime in their life would be better sentenced to community service.
@MacFarlaneNews This will be a very interesting outcome. Will #SCOTUS side with the January 6th insurrectionists and basically throw away years of DOJ work and hundreds of prosecutions...or uphold the law? I'm worried they'll do the former and give Trump & insurrectionists another escape hatch.
@MacFarlaneNews I have ZERO confidence that the SC will do the right thing
