I’ve gotten such bad PEM from my period that it’s still massively affecting me days later. I’ve gotten good enough at pacing I rarely otherwise get PEM, but periods seem to get me every time, and this time much worse than usual 😭

@MaddyChloride Absolutely horrifying, especially with the increase of transphobic abuse in the backlash we knew was coming. We tried to warn them about what would happen once laws started to change, but they dragged their feet for too long. Sadly some people are gravely ill & some have died. 😭
