@SavLovesSwift I think it’s alluding to how when you’re in a manic phase it all feels so real - but in hindsight it’s a bit ridiculous & you’re aware of it… it’s pretentious and over the top but it’s still part of the healing process! It’s why I think this is one of her most vulnerable albums.

@Madiii03 First, sorry about the grad school situation. As for what’s next, in my experience what has served me well is Opposite Day. In others words if I always go left, go right. Apply this to every situation where you’re seeing the same result consistently. I hope this helps.
@Madiii03 grad school fucking sucks, honestly. I got into an Ivy and was rejected from 10 other schools. It’s just a crapshoot— you can be a great candidate and not get selected because you’re not the vibe this year. Try not to let it feel it implies anything about your worth or smarts.

Does anyone else feel beaten down by life this week? I didn't get into grad school, and my dating life is one rejection after the other. My ego is bruised. Putting myself out there is hard when I'm not feeling myself. How do I get my groove back? I'm open to suggestions!
