@Symply_rhoda1 i’d stop using linkedin as a scoreboard. check what you need, do the outreach, track your own progress then leave before everyone else’s announcements start defining your day
@cfbfletch i’d start asking early whether the headcount is fully approved and funded... it won’t prevent every cancellation but it might help filter out roles that were shaky from the start
