@immad Had insane regular migraines almost every single day a decade back. Saw several doctors and took a ton of medicine, even got advice for surgery related to sinuses. Turns out I just spent too much time in the sun, and didn't drink enough water!
@immad I have reduced headaches and anxiety by sleeping 7.5-8 hours daily. Eat dinner as early as 6pm, sleep by 9-930pm. Simple change to the sleep cycle and routine made the difference.

The more inflated the language in your startup's pitch, the less convincing it seems. If you're a seed stage company, don't tell me you're transforming global this or poised to dominate that. Tell me you noticed something that might turn out to be an overlooked opportunity.
