@DonnellyStephen +10h waiting in the EMERGENCY dpt to be seen at Mater Hospital in Dublin. I honestly dont know where my taxes go! UNBELIEVABLE! Who is accountable for this? @roinnslainte @DubCityCouncil @rtenews

@DonnellyStephen +10h waiting to be seen in the emergency dpt in Mater Hospital. This is unbelievable! I honestly dont know where my taxes go. More humanity please!

@ACCANews practice platform is not working. Can you please fix this? Thanks

Online Transactions between BOI accounts are not reflected on a timely manner which causes accidents @bankofireland I don’t understand how the fees I pay are a reflection of good maintenance of the account. This is the 3rd time I have problems with my balance. #unacceptable

How is it fair that @bankofireland plays with my account balance over the weekend and I end up with no money and an overdraft ( which I haven’t even enabled in my account)? I beyond than frustrated, this is unacceptable.

@Cacho_Targaryen @3gerardpique Evoluciona!

@talktoBOI I am beyond than unsatisfied with the lack of understanding of customers’ needs. I am paying a banking fee that isn’t a reflection of the “procedures” you have to keep customer informed. This is obviously damaging my goodwill @bankofireland

@bankofireland I went to the branch last Friday to withdraw&lodge money into my bank a/c and when I looked at the balance in my account the money is not available.I simply don’t understand how that can be possible. The lady on phone tells me that It would take 7 days to clear.

@bankofireland But i filled out a lodgment slip, how come it was processed as a tranfer? The cashier must have made a mistake, and I have to pay the consequences! So unfair @bankofireland

@bankofireland Hi Jen, took cash out from my mortgage saver a/c and the way the cashier put it into my current a/c is that it takes 7 days to clear. Isn’t common sense that if you go to withdraw money, you want it immediately?

@DublinAirport it is 1.15am and there is no staff to connect the ladder to get off the plain for flight Madrid-Dublin with @Ryanair #unacceptable #youarewaybehindEurope #catchup!!!!!!

@Ryanair amazing job at being late in every single possible way for flight FR7157 Madrid-Dublin. Unacceptable that there is no staff @DublinAirport to connect the ladder to get off the plain

@DublinAirport crazy that if you land after 12am, you have to wait at least 40min to get a taxi/bus. @dublinbus should run at least every 10 min at the airport. #catchupwithEurope please!

@dublinbusnews stop 4962, bus @ 9.45am never showed up even though this is where the route starts and 4 buses were parked.

@dublinbusnews 4 buses parked and the bus 7A/B doesn’t show up, I don’t understand. You are so far behind Europe. #catchup please!

Muchas gracias
