السعادة مش محطة منوصل إلها… هي لحظات منتعلّم نعيشها! كتير منربط سعادتنا بهدف: «بس حقّق هالشي، رح كون سعيد». بس عقلنا بيتكيّف مع الإنجازات، ومنرجع نفتّش عن هدف جديد. لهيك، مهم نتعلّم نقدّر الخطوات الصغيرة، مش بس النتيجة. وإنتو، عم تعيشوا اللحظة أو عم تأجّلوا سعادتكن؟
النقد البنّاء بيبنّي… ما بيكسّر! في فرق بين حدا بينتقدك ليساعدك تتطوّر، وحدا بيستخدم الصراحة ليجرحك. النقد البنّاء بيناقش التصرّف وبيحترم كرامة الشخص، لأنّ الهدف من النقد مش نثبت إنّنا على حق، بل نساعد على التغيير. برأيكن، المشكلة بالنقد أو بالطريقة اللي منقدّم فيها النقد؟
«إذا قضّيت وقتك تحكم عالناس، ما رح يبقى عندك وقت تحبّن.» النضج مش إنك تقيّم كل تصرّف، بل إنك تتعلّم تفهم قبل ما تحكم. مش ضروري توافق ع كل شي، بس فيك تختلف وتحافظ ع احترامك وتعاطفك. خفّف أحكامك، وكبر قلبك… لأن التفهّم قوّة، مش ضعف. برأيكن، فينا نختلف من دون ما نحكم ع بعض؟
بتبلّش مشروع بحماس، بس بعد فترة بتتشتّت، بتنتقل لفكرة جديدة وما بتكمّل اللي بلّشته؟ هيدا من التحديات اللي ممكن يواجهها البالغ مع ADHD. وجود Co-pilot، صديق مقرّب أو حدا من العيلة، بيساعدك ترتّب أولوياتك وتقسّم المهام لخطوات صغيرة. مش كل مشروع ما اكتمل سببه قلّة إرادة!
مش كل موقف بدّه ردّ… ومش كل شعور بدّه قرار! وقت الغضب والتوتر، ممكن تفسّر كلام غيرك غلط، خصوصاً مع ADHD وصعوبة ضبط الاندفاع. جرّب وقفة الـ10 ثواني: تنفّس، عدّ للعشرة، وإذا بعدك معصّب، أجّل الردّ. الصمت وقت الغضب مش ضعف، بل وعي. وإنت، بتردّ فوراً أو بتفضّل تهدى؟ #ADHD

من أكبر مخاوف أهل الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مش تحديات اليوم بس… «مين رح يهتم بابني أو بنتي من بعدي؟» لهيك، الاستقلالية والمهارات الحياتية وشبكة الدعم هي جزء من الأمان للمستقبل. 🤍 شو أكتر شي بيقلقكم على مستقبل أولادكم؟
ليش بعض العائلات بتخفّف الزيارات والمناسبات لما يكون عندها طفل من ذوي الاحتياجات الإضافية؟ مش لأنهم ما بدهم يشاركوا… أحيانًا بسبب الضغط، نظرات الناس أو الخوف من الأحكام. العيلة بحاجة لمجتمع يفهم ويحتوي، مش يعزل. شو فينا نعمل لنكون أكثر تقبلا؟

قبل ما تقولوا: «هيدا الولد مش مربّى»… تذكّروا إن بعض الأطفال مع التوحّد أو ADHD قد يواجهوا ضغطًا حسّيًا، meltdown أو صعوبة بتنظيم المشاعر. مش كل سلوك هو سوء تربية… أحيانًا هو طريقة الطفل ليقول: «عم واجه صعوبة وبحتاج دعم». برأيكم، هل مجتمعنا بيفهم هالسلوك قبل ما يحكم؟
