@HiltonHonors Just wanted to recognise the world class customer service from John in your Social Media team. Best human touch service from a hotel chain I’ve ever received! Well done and thank you.

@pure_robin719 @chronomentary Out of interest did you get a text to say the lab had them?

@pure_robin719 @chronomentary Glad you got sorted and hope you have a good trip. I’ve just received a text from them to say mine has arrived at the lab. I’m hoping I get the results in time….crazy that you are left in limbo so soon to departure.

@bigphil321 @Grant_Rostron I was there too @bigphil321 - was close enough to read the stitching on his boots. Incredible moment! Happened in slow motion!

@uk_BorderForce @HeathrowAirport Do you intentionally train your Security checkpoint point team to be rude, dismissive, condescending and aggressive? Dreadful experience in T5 today at lunchtime and can clearly see that the officers mirror the behaviours of their supervisor.

@British_Airways I’m gobsmacked at the state of the aircraft you use. No wonder the Middle Eastern airlines are outperforming you. Even the domestic AA flight I’ve just flown had a decent screen, USB and WiFi. This 777 looks like it’s not been refit since the early 90’s.

@British_Airways Thanks for the reply, you now seem to agree you’ve hiked your economy fares by introducing a new basic economy fare (at the old economy price) and put the old economy fare up. I hope this strategy works for you vs the other carriers you said you’d compete with over the Atlantic.

@British_Airways it looks like you’ve updated your pricing structure. The flight I was going to book now excludes luggage and is described as last to board, which doesn’t sound appealing. If I want to travel with luggage the ticket price has increased by nearly £500 for 4 pax.

@British_Airways I very much doubt the Tampa, Orlando, Miami routes all sold out at exactly the point you changed your pricing structure! The day after you introduced this all the fares in my recent search have gone up between £500-£800 for a family of four! Really?
