Thousands of Texas households were just mailed a fancy "Texas Trans & LGBTQ+ Student Resource Guide" pamphlet addressed directly to students in their homes. It tells students how to petition for legal emancipation and how to arrange out-of-state gender affirming care. When you try to track down who paid for this thing, it leads to a dead-end UPS box in Houston and a shady shell company in Wyoming. Even the local trans advocacy groups listed inside are throwing up their hands, saying they have no idea who sent it. Right now, we don't know.
