@Delta I’m at the Orlando airport and all sorts of planes and taking off and landing and I’m being told our flight was canceled due to weather and our plane already landed. There isn’t bad weather here so why did you cancel?

@AmericanAir Flight has been delayed hours for maintenance issues and now it’s 1:30 am.The flight isn’t even half full but we’re being told we have to wait to call all the people that aren’t here? Been sitting on the plane for over 30 mins, don’t fly American #customerexperience

@Delta second time this week you’ve canceled my flight. Now I’m missing a conference we paid thousands to attend and present at and I’ve been on hold over 3 hours waiting to talk to someone. Not ok! #CustomerService

I just got off my connecting flight and I’m getting ready to run because my flight was delayed. To my surprise, a nice lady from @delta is waiting for me right when I get off my plane and she drives me in a Porsche to my connecting gate! What a great experience! #CustomerService

@nationalcares Car broke down on a work trip, missed meetings, waited 3 hours on the side of the highway for a tow truck, then got towed another hour and a half. Was told I would be taken care of with free days and now nobody returns calls or emails. Terrible customer service!

@DIRECTV Why do you triple my bill after I’ve been with you almost 10 years? Every year I have to haggle with you about my contract instead of being treated like a valued customer. In addition, you lose programming to ABC/NBC for months and don’t do anything #poorcustomerservice

@Delta The flight didn’t leave for another 20 mins after I got to the gate and the agents didn’t try to do anything to accommodate me.

@Delta just ran over a mile because my connecting flight was delayed. I got to the gate at the time they close the gate and they won’t let me on. Been sitting here for another 8 mins and the plane still hasn’t left...not cool
