As it beliefs it cant it becomes confused eternally and forgetfull of things that he knows that he wants to do for his future. The tiiredeness is his defense mechanism.

This belief then adopts the form of it is hopeless, it doesnt matter and it becomes pessimistic. It becomes not only pessimistic but it becomes humourless and isolated, by the being cut off. Boredom comes out of this and the repetition of mechanical things, forming a grey life.

I Say It is important we know our enemy. Our ego that is in us. To be defused is like and atomic bomb, we need to know its mechanics. So we can decioher its patterns and let them go. Is not me being pessimistic, it is me being conscious.
