@GWRHelp Tickets for tomorrow are now over £90. I am only travelling tomorrow because your trains today were cancelled until gone 2pm. How can this be allowed? My original ticket was £20 so I am being charged £70 for a GWR issue.

@GWRHelp given all the issues on the Cheltenham to Swindon line today, will tickets be valid tomorrow? I am travelling to and from London tomorrow instead of today now, but if I have to buy fresh tickets, it will be far more expensive. My tickets to be clear are Advanced tickets.

@GWRHelp But that means I will be penalised for buying a ticket at short notice at an inflated rate. The refund will not cover my new ticket, so I am out of pocket.

@GWRHelp I am booked on the 8.34 from London Paddington to Kemble, which has been cancelled. Can I take the train before ie the 7.33?

@GWRHelp I have a ticket for the 7.28pm from Paddington to Kemble today, which has been cancelled. Can I take an earlier train, or only later trains?

@GWRHelp I have a train booked from Paddington to Kemble this evening. Can I get the Elizabeth Line to Reading and then switch to GWR from Reading?

@HeathrowExpress was is the status with the line? My other half is at Heathrow now and there are apparently no trains.

@GWRHelp Can you tell me what the incident is at Slough as I want to decide if I need to take an alternate route home to Kemble.

@GWRHelp I am booked on the 8.28 to Kemble and you have apparently decided to terminate at Swindon. Can I confirm how you expect me to complete the journey I paid for?

@GWRHelp Thank you, but currently scheduled does not fill me with confidence, are trains running again on that line?

@GWRHelp Trains are still delayed, what is the likelihood of getting back to Kemble on the 8.28pm?

Brits refuse to get over-excited about new UK coronavirus vaccine, as it’s not the first time they've pinned their hopes on a bunch of pricks from Oxford.
