@Tesco forgot to tap my Clubcard today and missed out on savings. Went to customer services after who issued a refund but can’t yet see it in my account. When can I expect to see it - or has something gone wrong here?

@LNER 08:35 northbound from York did not stop at Northallerton despite crawling through the station at 5 mph. Missed a dental appointment for a filling as a result & wasted half a day off work. Complete and utter circus act.

@LNER But surely this issue must have been known just 20 minutes earlier when I boarded the train. Why was this not communicated to passengers/stations in advance so departure boards could be updated and wasted trips avoided? Absolutely ridiculous.

@IKEAUKSupport Have recently ordered a Songesand wardrobe (ikea.com/gb/en/p/songes…) and would like to use your assembly service - which pricing option would I need to select for this?

@Tesco Just tried to redeem £10 worth of vouchers for a 16-25 railcard but haven’t received a confirmation email 6 hours after spending the vouchers. Any rough timescale on when (and if) I will receive it?

@FirstYork I’m afraid this isn’t good enough - term is starting next week and students will be relying on the campus shuttle to attend in-person sessions on either campus. If you cannot run the UB2 efficiently then consider making the 66/67 free for inter-campus travel.
