@fabworks_guy Alot of my designs I include chamfers with tapped holes and DXF support makes it alot easier to upload a projected sketch of a design that won't have the chamfer size referenced instead of the cut hole. Mainly this is for tapping.

@fabworks_guy I untake my survey!!!! Jk really liking how your quality (customer service and part output) has been. Cheaper for 3dprinter stuff for alot of projects!!! Alot of your sheet metal on this (I wanna try hand scrape) DXF support is def 1 the features hoping for soon!

@ZombieHedgehog_ @BeaconScanner Helicoils fit in the ducts fine. I think I did 6mm around the bolt and their 3.5mm diameter

@m_IDEX Also for extruders its more then just the gear ratio since your hobbing effects it in this application. Your gear ratio isn't realistic to effective gear ratio. Just like using OD of a gear isn't effective in klipper. Tune ur rotation distance manually.

@m_IDEX Pitch circle for a gear is d=zm = 51*.5 = 25.5mm Your root diameter would be 27.5mm Profile shifting/ Clearance will ofc change this. I don't see how you can have the driving section/ OD of your Filament gears OD inside the gear khkgears.net/new/gear_knowl…
