महाराष्ट्र सरकारने सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाचा अवमान करून 50% च्या वरचे असंवैधानिक आरक्षण पुन्हा दिले. मार्च २०२४ ला दाखल झालेल्या याचिकांची सुनावणी अर्धवट झाली. मुख्य न्यायाधीश बदलले . आता पूर्ण सुनावणी नव्याने होणार अशा बातम्या आल्या. त्याला देखील अनेक महिने झाले .
अमृत संस्था ही स्पष्टपणाने "खुल्या वर्गातील आर्थिक दृष्ट्या दुर्बल घटकांसाठी" च स्थापन केलेली असताना त्यात जातीचा विषय येणे हेच मुळात बेकायदेशीर आहे. एकीकडे म्हणायचे 'एक है तो सेफ है', आणि दुसरीकडे जातीप्रमाणे योजना द्यायच्या. सरकारचे धोरणच जातिवाद वाढवण्याचे आहे. @Dev_Fadnavis

"दलीत आदिवासी अत्याचार विषयक" समिती जर अस्तित्वात होती तर तिने खोट्या atrocity केसेस विषयी काम का केले नाही ? एका तरुणाला गेल्या 3 वर्षात खोट्या atrocity च्या असंख्य केसेस विरोधात चळवळ का करावीलागली ? प्रत्येक ठिकाणच्या खोट्या केस साठी धाव का घ्यावी लागली ❓❓
