Hi, an eye opening experience with @bigbasket_com today. Ordered a headphone ……delivery was of damaged n defective product and there is no refund and exchange policy! Pls be careful when buying on @bigbasket_com you can be cheated with no recourse……

My account is with Nerul Navi Mumbai branch.....I haven't yet applied for card coz my RM tells me it's on chargeable basis for INFINIA customers! If you make me INFINIA customer then card has to be complementary! Else pls remove me from INFINIA coz this is insulting!

Agree.... am able to reduce my monthly grossary bills by 9% on average on online purchases..... use cards with discipline and enjoy the benefits .....have practiced this for over 10 years, cheers
