@Zipcar What I’m saying is - a good company would be bending over backwards to serve the needs of their hardest hit customers. A mediocre company would at least be meeting the needs of people in the best case circumstance. You are not doing either.

I’m not sure why they are wasting their time with me. I haven’t talked about pharmaceutical costs or PBM‘s since January until I got attacked out of the blue the other night by a “friendly local pharmacist“
