Three years ago, the "too early" mock drafts had Spencer Rattler and Sam Howell going 1-2 in the 2022 NFL Draft. Howell was picked at No. 144 Rattler was picked at No. 150 Life comes at you fast.
I say this because there is zero reason Williams shouldn’t outperform what Stroud did last year. This unit is 5x better than what Houston had.

I’d love to see the Bears give Andrew Raym (C, OU) and Gabe Hall (DT, Baylor) a shot. Two UDFAs I like.
The Bears finished last season 5-3 with 7 total wins. They did this with inept QB play and made significant upgrades across their roster. Don’t tell me there shouldn’t be playoff expectations at minimum this year.
Booker is a guy who could really surprise right out of the gate. Tons of upside and enough to work with now. Love the pick!

I’ll be real honest. In 2024 I don’t think there is ever a scenario to take a punter in any round, let alone the 4th. To me, that signals Poles is done with this draft and won’t be trying to re-enter if this is the top of his board.

@CoachSkalaski Thanks other random guy on Twitter , if he was talented enough to be a top QB pick he would be one. I’ve seen other players assault people punch woman in the face , commit robberies , reckless driving, drugs, racial slurs and still get drafted.
