Absolutely insane. Nvidia, $NVDA, just guided $108 BILLION in revenue for Q3 alone. And, this guidance assumes ZERO data center compute revenue from China. This builds on the record $96.2 billion in revenue posted for last quarter for a projected total of $204.2 billion in 6 months. We now have a $5+ trillion company is seeing +106% year-over-year revenue growth. There has never been anything like what we are seeing right now with AI. This is arguably the biggest technological revolution of all time.
How fast could the economy double? TLDR, once we have good enough AI and tens of millions of robots - very fast. As crazy as it feels now - it is worth pricing in economic doublings into your mental models of the 2030s. Strongly recommend reading this series of blog posts by Damon Binder.
JPMorgan resumed $SNDK at Overweight with a $2,250 PT calling Sandisk one of the clearest beneficiaries of AI inference reshaping NAND demand. Sandisk has already locked in ~$94B of long-term contracts that the note says can support “~80% GM even at the floor pricing tier” giving the business far more predictable economics. JPMorgan expects the NAND market to explode to $500B by 2027 and sees that demand plus tech leadership and aggressive buybacks driving a multi-year compounding earnings story.
