For 3 years now, I cannot use @Uber because their payment method is on a loop, I have made the same payment probably more than 10 times in the hopes that it works, their @Uber_Support has no options for me to report this so everytime I try to book a cab, I'm asked to pay again 🥲

Having lost my brother to Pancreatic Cancer exactly a year ago, seeing him go from a doctor in the NHS to a patient in the same hospital he worked in, losing 40 kgs in 4 months. YES. I HATE this very un-empowered way to describe a tragic & cruel end.
