As I get older. I notice.a huge gap between the 20 and 30 somethings in communication with people of older generations. They don't teach how to act professional in situations the way they use to.

IL has been down for so long for funding for people with developmental disabilities. With little hope for improvement, that more and more families are looking to relocate and you can not blame them.
