@DeanEggitt 50% of hernias I see in clinic do not want an operation as it is assymptomatic. They were told they had to have one as they have a hernia. These are wasted clinic slots making waiting times longer. Plus we cannot operate on them unless meet criteria as per ICB. Our GPs do scans
