@TicketmasterCS Hi, I've got an error saying browsing activity has been paused. I've tried the suggested fixes and they don't work (different device, cleared cache history, incognito mode, etc.) nothing works. How can this be fixed?

@Uber_Support hi, we placed an order on Saturday for food and one of the items was missing. The item cost £3.19. We contacted you immediatly but only a 40p refund was issued. Can you refund the rest of the item please?

@hm_custserv good evening! I purchased a coat with a 25% birthday discount but need to exchange it for a different size. Will I be able to get the same discount if I exchange it?

@supersocks No worries! Do you have a rough estimate of how soon after Christmas you’ll get them back in?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Ellie. In that case, is it possible to attach our own bracket to the tv? (We need it to swing to the side as we don’t sit head on to it)

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, does the wall bracket for Sky Glass tilt side to side? Also, does it come with the tv or do you have to buy it separately?

@RoyalMailHelp Hi, we haven’t had any post delivered for at least 2 weeks. We’ve been expecting a few cards, so know there is mail due for us. Nothing on your website about service disruptions in our postcode though (LU7)

@RoyalMailHelp Hello, yeah we have a Facebook group for the estate and many people are experiencing the same issue. When they do get a delivery they get a massive bunch of letters because it’s been so long between deliveries. Will DM you postcode now

@hm_custserv Hi, I got a refund on a gift card a few months ago. I’ve come to use that gift card today but was told it expired. There’s no date on it though to say this or on the email I received. Can it be reissued please?

@CurrysServices Called customer services today to make a complaint. They told me to contact [email protected] but that address is no longer active. Webchat say they're not allowed to give me an email address. Can you give me one that will work?
