Catching up on #RawonNetflix and as a mental health sufferer, hearing @TheAJMendez talk about her suffering with mental health and saying “I am worth it” brought a tear to my eye. Easy to feel as though you aren’t but just hearing those words, even from a stranger, helps so much

We haven’t had a check in for #MicksWeightLossJourney as it’s bene quite uneventful. The last 24 hours of illness though has me right back on track. Best way to lose weight. Get ill. 95.7kgs, a smidgeon over 15 stone. So we continue on towards the 200lb target for 9 week’s time
