@GovNedLamont I’m so happy schools are open because it’s what’s best for our kids but as a teacher with two littles of my own under 4 I am STRUGGLING! This is the hardest part of the pandemic yet for parents #pandemicteachers #supportteachers 1/3

Google meet help! A student was being inappropriate on a Google meet this morning but when the teacher tried to remove them they were unable to do so. Any ideas? @GoogleForEdu @wfryer @techsavvyteach @pgeorge

This week I led "practice remote learning" lessons with my 5th grade Spanish Ss, using Chromebooks with #GoogleMeet. Lessons / practice went MUCH better after ALL students restarted! Limiting OPEN TABS is also a big help! Feel free to use / modify this: wfryer.me/rltips

Just saw a list of rules for students during at-home learning. It said students had to be wearing shoes. There is no emoji that can adequately capture how INSANE this is. Hey grown-ups? You're making a challenging thing so much worse with crap like this. Stop.
