@virginmedia I have now been put through to 5 different departments this morning, over an 1.5 hours, only to be told no stock available for existing customers, but new customers are welcome. Need an explanation from a Customer Svcs Manager without delay-simply not good enough

@Adamrobertson11 @Flight_Refunds @piersmorgan @TUIUK @Adamrobertson11 @piersmorgan @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK I am aware there are millions of people who require a refund, so it would be better for all concerned for greater action and transparency from @TUIUK Incidentally, I believe you meant #patience and not #patients

@piersmorgan Please can you help raise awareness of the thousands of @TUIUK customers who are desperately trying to contact @TUIUK to follow up on their refunds, which have allegedly been processed but have never reached our banks. Thank you #tuiuk

@piersmorgan Customer Service at @TUIUK have asked me to send my bank statement to a "Startek" email address to prove my refund hasn't reached me - this goes against all protocols - who are Startek - any ideas?? Surely this should be a TUI address??

@TUIUK Cancelled my holiday 3 weeks ago, was told refund would be 14 days. 3 weeks later still nothing, after 5 hours of trying to make contact have now been told not showing as cancelled and will have to wait for a refund. This is not acceptable. DM message ignored...
