I sponsor the book club at school (that the kids wanted to start) but they rarely even finish the books they pick because they’re so stressed. One girl told me today she feels like she can’t just read for fun because she feels guilty she’s not being productive 😭😭😭

One of my non-honors sophomores came in my room while my honors kids were doing some problems posted around the room to practice triangle similarity. We’re wrapping up triangle congruence rules in my other class so the student asked excitedly “they’re doing SAS too??” 🤣

We had conferences last night so we’re off today. I had big plans for today. Clean out the garden. Walk my dog. Mow the lawn. Clean out the fridge. So far I have finished work for Monday and laid on my couch 🙃🤣
