I was fascinated to learn what nonce actually meant while watching a fly on the wall programme on Wakefield prison. It was originally an acronym for Not On Normal Courtyard Exercise. Paedophiles and child killers would have it written on cell doors.

Wholesale gas/oil is now below the price is was before Russia invaded the Ukraine. So why aren't the big energy firms reflecting this? Businesses are going to the wall. Families are having to choose to eat or heat. The Gov't urgently needs to intervene.
