@realEstateTrent 90% of these “events” are run incredibly poorly and are huge wastes of Landlord’s money. Brokers show up at a building, walk around without much guidance, and try to find the person holding the envelope with $ so they can leave. The building is overwhelmingly an afterthought.

Client asked for a recommendation for vendor to clean an office on a quick timeline. Reached out to 3 that we had previously been introduced to. 2 of 3 took 5+ days to reply with a quote 🤷 So much market share for "boring" businesses is up for grabs.
