Developing a WINNING MINDSET is much the same as mastering any other skill. You wouldn’t expect to master playing the piano or playing a sport by only practicing sometimes. A winning mindset requires a CONSISTENT long-term EFFORT and COMMITMENT.

Data hypothesis: every second spent producing beyond three central data drops is a waste of everybody’s time and makes zero difference to any student outcomes. Any value from data drops 4,5,6 you’d get from three or even two per year.
Players: Many people will try to tell you there are tips/tricks/secrets to becoming successful. It would be wise to avoid that advice. There are no secrets to success. Success is accepting that it will never be easy. Success is dirty, hard work when no one is watching. The End!
