This is awesome and matches my workouts, and I will add an important detail If you are trained with sprinting, you will be able to not only reach a far higher % of your maximum output than others, but you can achieve it much faster. This compounds quickly

Here are some types of HIIT I like to do: All ON sets are ALL OUT - Assault bike 8 rounds of 10 seconds on, 20 seconds off - battle ropes 8 rounds of 10 seconds on, 20 seconds off - @farbood style battle ropes 1 minute all out, 4 minutes rest, bike/assault bike 1 minute all

If you want to train your mind to hold onto a single task instead of giving in to distractions, try this exercise daily for 2 minutes. It was developed in the early 1900s by William Walker Atkinson in his book The Power of Concentration. The exercise is called the Clock exercise. Take a watch or a clock with a second hand, and fix your eyes upon that second hand. Follow it around its circuit, thinking of nothing else but the second hand. Do not let your mind wander away from it. Try this for two minutes at a time, and see how difficult it is at first, but how much easier it becomes after a little practice. Within two weeks you'll feel a significant difference, as it strengthens your attention span, strengthens your will, and forces your mind to obey you, and not the other way around.
